We are currently investigating segmentation techniques based on: random forrests; graph cuts, level sets.

One of our current projects investigates computer aided detection of endometriosis using MRI analysis techniques, including detection and quantification of localised bladder wall thickening using multi-spectral MRI and coupled multi-modal, coupled level sets techniques.
