 I am reading for a DPhil at the University of Oxford, under the supervision of dr. Julia Schnabel. My current research lies in the area of non-rigid registration of time-series data. More specifically, I work on registration-aided pharmacokinetic modelling of both dynamic contrast enhanced MRI and perfusion CT, for improved prediction of outcome in cancer patients. This project is performed in close collaboration with the Oxford Cancer Imaging Center. My work is funded jointly by EPSRC, the Department of Engineering Science and the Alberto del Vicario Scholarship.
