About me: I am a DPhil candidate at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering in the University of Oxford, as a part of the RCUK Digital Economy Centre for Doctoral Training in Healthcare Innovation. As an undergrad I studied Engineering Science at the University of Oxford, specialising in Information and Electronic engineering.
Research: My research interest is in the quantification of anatomical features in fetal ultrasound images in order to assess fetal development. My previous work has been towards developing an existing interactive segmentation method (Live Wire) to enable it to estimate fetal subcutaneous limb fat in ultrasound images. Currently, I am developing a method for fully automated organ segmentation in fetal ultrasound images. |
